The Elmira Booster Club will present its fourth annual Bingo, Bites & Brews fundraiser this Saturday.
The event will begin at 1 p.m. at Christ Lutheran Church, 25157 Highway 126 in Veneta.
The day will be filled with tons of activities such as bingo, live and silent auctions, poker, food, and a cornhole tournament.
There will be one to five bingo games at 1:30 p.m. and six to 10 games at 2:30 p.m. The cost for five games is $10 and 10 games for $20.
The cornhole tournament begins at 1:30 p.m. and costs $10 a player. There will be a live poker game with a $5 per hand fee. There will be multiple baskets of prizes, including a cord of wood, a load of gravel, and a trip to Hawaii, to name a few.
There also will be a dunk tank featured at the event, and school staff members who are volunteering include Superintendent Gary Carpenter, boys varsity basketball coach Trevor Daniels and head track coach Patrick Wondra.
The Kid Zone will open at 1 p.m., sponsored by the National Guard. The Oregon Department of Forestry will sponsor face painting by Monica, and The Home Depot donated kits.
