For knife collectors and admirers in Oregon, the Oregon Knife Collectors Association is holding a one-day Oregon Knife Show.
The event is planned for 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 10 at the Lane Events Center on West 13th Avenue in Eugene. Admission is free.
OKCA members in the area will show off their knives collected from around the world and with interesting history. Current members of the OKCA are eligible for tables.
There will be 80 tables full of blades with unique characteristics, history and meanings.
These blades can be traded, bought or sold. History of the knives can be shared by the owners.
