Senior Alivia Tupper’s fuzzy friend is an 11-year-young Chihuahua-Dachshund mix named Suki. She is an energetic tube of fur whose hunger rivals that of a whole pasture of cows.
It’s sweater weather for her all year around. Anytime you ask her if she’d like a sweater on she jumps for joy! In the Tupper household, she is the shadow of whoever she decides is closest to her. You can hear the constant tippy taps of her paws behind you if you decide to visit. If you squeak her favorite ghost toy, you won’t be able to get her to settle down!
This energetic pup is all bark and no bite, except for when it comes to bugs and various other small creatures.
“Seeing such a small dog jump and wiggle around trying to catch a fly makes my day,” Tupper said.
“One of Suki’s best moments with us was when she was outside with my mom. She had picked up a small garden snake and dropped it on my mom’s foot, scaring the life out of her. Suki was so proud of herself, she didn’t understand why my mom absolutely did not appreciate the gift.”
Tupper can always count on coming home to a chorus of barks from her fluffy little friends.
