Elmira High School has a Homework Club!
Homework Club is on Tuesdays and Thursdays every week from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Students are welcome to stop by anytime during that time. Homework Club is sometimes located in the library and other times in the classroom of the teacher running it.
The club is optional. Signups are not required, and students don’t have to show up every time.
It’s designed to help students with their classes, with a specific focus on history, math and English.
“It is really just a place to get help from a teacher with your homework a couple of days a week,” Principal Gardner said.
Snacks are provided, but transportation is not.
